About the press

A river starts specific.

New River Press is an independent publisher with a simple conviction: the most useful books are the most specific ones. Not another productivity planner, but a planner for the autistic-ADHD operating system. Not another wellness journal, but a hormone-literate tracker that turns ninety days into one good conversation with your doctor. Not another baby book, but a hundred questions your father answers in his own hand.

We publish through focused imprints, each with its own voice, palette, and shelf: Ember for women's health, Spiky for neurodivergent life, Hearthline for family memory, and Eldest for the family's unpaid project manager. What they share is the press's standard: real writing, honest design, and objects worth keeping.

Our books are printed on demand in the United States and sold on Amazon and Etsy, and soon, right here.
